Combat Cooldown and Cape | ManaPot - The Free Text-Based MMORPG

{RSR} Gholden Skill Total: 1148 Combat Level: 48 Max Energy: 381 Created 2,327 Days Ago	I have a snowman so I get a 4.5sec cooldown in Combat. I'm wearing a +3 Cooldown cape and still get a 4.5 cooldown in combat. In other skills like gathering or crafting I get 4.35 seconds.
{420} Ryan Skill Total: 308 Combat Level: 20 Max Energy: 226 Posted 2,231 Days Ago	Cooldown doesn't affect combat at all, only non-combat related skills.
